Creating the planning for Fehu - Up is Down proved to be more difficult than originally planned as our Team shrunk by one Member shortly before the main Project itself started.

This meant that I had to readjust the Planning accordingly on a rather short notice.

Task Management

The Project was at the beginning planned to be managed via a method that was a simplified  Kanban style board using Trello.

While this way of organization on the Board was kept, we switched the software towards Glo, a tool that came already integrated into our version control software GitKraken and as such was more conveniently usable.

To plan the Tasks that ended up in the Boards, an Excel sheet was used spanning the whole Process of the development.
